A free screening of “Voiceless”, sponsored by Pella Pro-Life, will be at Pella Christian High School on Thursday, September 7, at 6:30 p.m. “Voiceless” (112 min.; PG13) is a multiple award-winning movie about a young war veteran with a rough past who moves to Philadelphia with his wife to serve as an inner-city outreach minister. But he puts his job on the line to stand against an abortion clinic across the street from his building. Please come to be encouraged to engage the culture and be the voice of the Voiceless.

Have you sent in your reservation for the retreat, hosted by Bible League International Volunteers, at Calvary Christian Reformed Church on September 14? Encourage your husbands and friends to come with you for the day. Our featured speaker, Jennie Afman Dimkoff, is a gifted storyteller. Barbara Boertje DeVries and Phyllis De Vries will lead us in worship and perform a mini-concert during the day. If you need a brochure, which has the cost and registration form, you will find them on the table in the narthex. The deadline to register is Tuesday, September 5.
