TODAY: Welcome to Worship!  We welcome all who worship with us today.

Fellowship coffee is served downstairs at 9:00 a.m.

We invite all visitors and all members of the congregation to a Fellowship Coffee downstairs immediately after the morning worship service.

Prayer Time – 10:50 a.m. in the north tower.  Please join us as we meet for a short time of prayer for our church and any other needs. If you are not able to do so, you may put your prayer request in the box on the back table.  God loves to hear His children pray.

At 6:00 p.m. First CRC and Faith CRC will join us for worship at our church. Pastor Ryan Faber will preach on Lord’s Day 49, Your Will Be Done.

At this evening’s service you will have opportunity to request favorite hymns.  Please be ready to suggest the titles and hymn numbers.

NEXT SUNDAY: At 6:00 p.m. First CRC and Faith CRC will join us for worship at our church.  Pastor Jack Vanden Heuvel will preach on Lord’s Day 50, Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread.

CHURCH NOTIFICATION SYSTEM:  If you would like to be added to the One Call Now church notification system, there are forms on the tables in the narthex and downstairs.  This is the system we use to notify members of prayer concerns, cancellations or other important information about church.  Please fill out a form to be added to the system or if you want to change the way you receive information — phone call email and/or text message.  If you are currently receiving the messages you don’t need to fill out a form.

ANGEL TREE NOTE:  Angel Tree Camp will be in Pella from June 25-29.  We will be helping with crafts three mornings, and will serve breakfast and supper on Thursday, the 28th.  Help is needed for crafts and meals.  Sign-up sheets are on the table downstairs.  Your help will be appreciated!

THANK YOU:  Thank you all for your generosity for the Pella Food Shelf drive!  We collected 975 cans of soup and food along with many other items.  We also received over $950 in cash donations and matching gifts.  What a wonderful blessing this will be to fight hunger in our community.

NEW LIFE RALLY:  Celebrate summer with New Life Prison Community on Saturday, June 23 at 9:00 a.m.  Meet the Pedal for Prisoners riders at North Overlook Shelter by Lake Red Rock.  Three events are scheduled: 1) One-mile family walk to the Playscape; 2) 5K fun run; 3) 15+ mile bike ride.  All activities are on the bike path.  It’s free!  Join the fun!

PATHWAYS OF PELLA is hosting its 2nd annual Ride for LIFE on June 23.  Bring your motorcycle and join us for a 200-mile ride, beginning at Casey’s on Main in Pella, 10:00 a.m.  There will be a lunch stop along the way.  Cost is $15/bike with a $5 fee for additional riders.  Registrations can be sent to chris@pathwayspella.org or call 628-4827.  Money raised will be used for Pathways Ultrasound program.

BIBLE LEAGUE “PROJECT PHILIP” TRAINING SESSION:  With a desire to learn how to use Project Philip, Bible League International’s Bible Study for evangelism and discipleship, please plan to attend the Training Session offered free of charge at First Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, June 23, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Andrew Earnshaw, Director of Partner Relations for Bible League will be leading the event. Coffee and rolls will be provided.

IT’S BLUEBERRY TIME!  Fresh, delicious, hand-picked, straight-from-Michigan blueberries are being sold by Lake View Camp as a fundraiser for their summer camping ministry  The blueberries will be delivered on Saturday, July 7, and Saturday, July 21, to Pella.  Have your orders in by July 2 for the first delivery, and July 16 for the second delivery to be sure you get your blueberries.  The order forms can be found on the table in the narthex or downstairs, downloaded from their website, www.lakeviewconference.com, or you can call their office at 628-2160.  Thank you for your continued support of Lake View’s camping ministry!

JOB OPENING FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:  Pathways of Pella is accepting applications for the position of Executive Director.  This is a part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) position.  This is a leadership position requiring supervisory, administrative and communication skills.  Nursing or relevant medical experience is preferred.  Applicant must agree with and be passionate for the beliefs and ministry of Pathways of Pella.  Applications due by July 9.  Job description and application can be found on the website: www.pathwayspella.org/serviceopportunities
