DRIVERS NEEDED: “Lakeview Camp (Angel Tree Camp) needs our help transporting kids to and from camp this summer. The first camp starts Monday, June 4th and runs through Friday the 8th. The trip usually involves driving our church van to a destination city like Cedar Rapids, picking up kids on Monday morning and making the same return trip Friday afternoon. Most of the summer camps are held in Eldora so an average trip will be 5-6 hours of driving.

It’s a great outing for you and a friend or spouse.  I’m planning on driving Monday the 4th and am looking for someone to do the Friday trip. It’s always important to have someone make the trip with you and, if don’t have anyone that can ride along, the camp will provide a counselor.  If anyone is interested and would like to give it a try you can join me on June 4th for a ride along.

Thanks for considering helping make some kids’ week the best week of their summer.” – Blessings – Brent Pierson, 780-3456

FATHER’S DAY MUSIC:  Any fathers and their family members are welcome to use their musical talents in worship on Father’s Day, June 17.  Contact Barbara Boertje DeVries.
