PLEDGE UPDATE:  As of the end of October, $122,000 of $393,000 (31%) has been received for 2018 pledging for the new church building.  This brings our cash on hand to $487,000, not including the building sale.  The finance team will be following up with pledges in early December.  If you have questions regarding your pledge please contact Jerry Uitermarkt, Joe Van Haaften, Brent Pierson or Corey Magnussen.

CHRISTMAS CARDS FOR MISSIONARIES:  It is the time of year to remember Pella II’s missionaries with Christmas cards.  Five collection boxes will be available in the church basement through December 2. No postage or envelopes are needed. Mission Outreach will handle the mailing.  Missionaries often tell us that they enjoy getting cards from Pella II.  Please show them your support with a card.

For planning purposes, there is a sign-up sheet downstairs.  Any questions, contact Glenda Van Woerkom.

DESSERT WITH THE BRADFORDS:  We invite our new church family to have coffee and dessert with us at the parsonage in order to get to know everyone better and to hear your hopes and dreams for Pella 2. FAMILY FAITH FORMATION TIP:  Help kids become eager participants in your family’s giving by inviting them to identify a ministry for your family to support together, either financially or through volunteering.  For older children, suggest that they research local ministries to find one that connects with their own gifts and passions.  For young children, give them a short list to choose from.
